« Very clean apartment. The owner was very responsive thru out trip. I was a bit worried about parking on the street since it is on a corner but all worked out fine. Washer and dryer are in the basement, but they are for the use of only the apartment guest so it wasn't a big deal if we had to leave something sit until we came back from our daily excursion. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a large frying pan which made some meals a bit tricky to cook. Also consider instructions on how to...

« No information about having to carry our stuff up 3.5 story's of steel fire escape. it was hell and dangerous. Not one comfortable chair or love seat in the place. Only one TV and that was in the kitchen. At times the people that live there where a bit noisy. To get comfortable you had to lay on the bed..Had nothing to sit on but 4 hard small wooden chairs. Four hundred dollars a night than nothing to sit on. No stove. »

« Our first impression was a porch that needed work, and an entrance door that needed to be replaced. The property could have been better cared for. The room was clean, and the amenities were sufficient. Contact with the host was good, although we did not receive any instructions until we got there. The neighborhood itself was once very nice, but has certainly degenerated over time; we did not feel completely comfortable as there was much police activity in the area including a knock on our door...
