„Location was great-short walk to beach. In walking distance to excellent restaurant. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Could use some maintenance updates. Overall it was a great place to stay. We communicated directly with Chris! She was very helpful it getting us settled and giving info on beaches, eateries and sites to see. Would recommend to others.“

„Idk where to start.. but first they advertise being kid friendly and it's not. They have nothing for kids to do so if you don't rent a car do not bring your kids here.. they will be bored. The staff is rude, you'll run into one or two employees that are attentive but other then that they're all rude and have no sense of urgency. The front never answers the phone if there's an emergency. And if you walk to the front late at night the doors are wide open with no security and no one at the front ...

„Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.“
