„I wanted a cottage on the bay that was close enough to the water that I did not have to load up the car, carry bulky equipment and make long journeys to bathrooms. With this cottage and location, I had the beach right outside my door. For me it was worth the cost just to have all of the conveniences, the sound of the water, beach walks, daily sunsets and privacy.
