„Overall, the property is pretty accurately described online. One of the difficulties we had was that upon arrival the cabin had been closed up for at least an overnight and was extremely warm. It does not cool off very quickly because the only windows that open are all on the same side of the house, so it’s not possible to get any kind of a breeze or draft.The bed is comfortable. „This house was perfect! Location was wonderful, the split level gave the family enough room to relax, and the darts and ping pong table in the heated garage was so much fun. Also, having covered parking was a lifesaver as we received 6 inches of snow while we were there. This is a must stay in Red River and our family will be staying again. “

„Upon arrival the house was very clean for an older house. The parking was tight but easy pulling in, you have to be careful backing out but that was mainly because the house right beside us had construction going on. The front yard was the driveway with gravel. The porch was amazing. Comfortable chairs a grill nice lighting. The house next door is close but privacy fence helps on ground level. The backyard is basically nonexistent. It’s steep, I mean steep! It was unkept and the privacy fence ...

„Cute house close to the river. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Air cooler didn't really cool home for the warm afternoons and the bedrooms were really hot. Just opened windows at night if neighbors weren't barbeque-ing at night. Cooled down around midnight. Love Red River and this house is cute and new. Just needs some updating on inside to circulate air when warm ? “
