Hotel Red Rock

« The room could have been cleaned better. The vacuuming the room and sweeping of the bathroom were not well done at all. The property had trash all over from the restaurant next door that just laid there all weekend, the older lady working the front desk was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was lacking. Very minimal items with biscuits you have to microwave yourself. Seems some updates need to be made for that. »

« Terrible place, front desk was not staffed. Arrived at 9:30 and waited until 10:15 for someone to come down to check me in. No towels in room ( was told they would bring some up, and they never showed up). Curtains had holes, toilet did not work right, had to remove lid to flush toilet. Room door was wide open upon check in. The place smelled horrible. »

« The property has recently been renovated and it looks very nice. The staff are kind and accommodating. Best place in town for the price. I won't stay anywhere else. »

« We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, beds comfortable, very cool a/c. Space was a little tight, especially in bathroom area, but manageable. Breakfast was great with eggs, potatoes, sausage, plus the usual items. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a good value and we'd definitely return if in the area. »

« The air conditioning was out in all the common areas our whole stay, including the gym and breakfast area. The temperature inside the hotel was 86 degrees and miserable. They did not mention this at check in before we could get our money back, which I think is very misleading. The first day, the worker said management won’t allow any fans in the gym. There was no air flow and the thermostats said 87degrees, so there was no way to safely work out. You couldn’t even eat the sad continental...
