Gute Alternative zu überteuerten Hotels in Bend
Wenn einem die 14 Meilen nach Bend nichts ausmachen, ist das Hotel eine sehr gute Alternative zu den Hotels in Bend, die viel zu teuer sind. Das Comfort Suites ist sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Personal ist überwiegend sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück geht eigentlich bis 10 Uhr. Um kurz nach 9 wurde jedoch schon das Geschirr und Besteck abgeräumt. Dann wurde alles andere abgeräumt. Um 9:15 Uhr war dann kein Frühstück mehr zu Kriegen. Aber das war wirklich der einzige negative Punkt.

The bed was very comfortable. However our coffee pot was broken, hair dryer did not work, and there was no stopper in the sink….don’t drop anything in the sink!

The free breakfast was good, even for us-vegan. We liked that at this location there wasn’t a homeless camp in back. A good location at a good price!

Clean convenient to the airport. You could not call the front desk, always busy, probably on hold. Electronic doors did not work well, had to change keys several times, very hard to open outside door. Nice pool and hot tub.

No hot water! The staff was very helpful, but there was not hot water until morning. Cold showers are not great.

This was a very clean and comfortable place, really liked the layout of the hotel and lounging area, Breakfast was great and the dining area was roomy and food was replenished quickly. Staff were great. Pool area was very fun.

We just stopped here for a night. Check in was easy, staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfy. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, the fried potatoes were very good and the kids enjoyed making their waffles. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfy, close to shopping and restaurants
Nice hotel. Close to freeway, shopping and lots of restaurants. Comfy beds, spacious rooms. Breakfast was very good and varied over the 3 mornings we were there. Eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal and breakfast pastries, bagels etc.. sausage,potatoes one day, biscuits and gravy another. Bacon and stuff to make a breakfast burrito. The big downer was hot tub was out of order. I had for specifically to get the hot tub because I am in chronic pain. When I asked how long it would be out and why she said they were “having trouble with the chemicals.” That’s not a good excuse. We have a hot tub and fixing the chemicals is easy. You do a test strip and add what’s needed. Not a good excuse at all. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
