Two people limit including kids strictly enforced or there will be an additional charge per person. No party use is included. We are an exclusive residential community so loud music is not allowed.We have cameras on the perimeter property and the number of people strictly enforced.
The decks and the lawn around your casita house are your exclusive domain.
You have a kitchenette with a two hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, minifridge and a wine cooler , coffee maker and a tea pot. We provide basic plates, cups and wine glasses and utensils for four settings. Pots, pans basic kitchen utensils.
