I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and complained about the same issue with the carpet. In my opinion, if you're going to allow pets, floors should not be carpeted. « Hôtel choisi pour une nuit en famille, dans une chambre de deux lit plus un canapé lit. C’est dommage car on sent que peu de choses pourrait rendre le séjour plus agréable. Cet hôtel est en effet un peu vieillot, mais il a une piscine plutôt sympa. Améliorer la propreté des chambres serait un vrai plus . C’est étonnant car c’est quand même un hôtel du groupe Mariott. »

« This was the most terrible thing experience I’ve had. The shelves in the “kitchenette” were falling apart. They gave me an actual storage tote with dishes in it that was only available upon request. The room we were given had roaches and the toilet didn’t flush. When it did, it flooded the restroom. « We booked two rooms, 202 & 203. 203 was good, clean and comfortable beds. The air conditioner worked great. Room 202, the beds were not comfortable at all, they need to be upgraded. Air conditioner needs to be upgraded, the room was not cool at all. 202 needs upgrading. »
