The open-concept layout provides great sightlines to the dining and living areas and TV. The dining table accommodates up to six, with additional seating for four in the eat-in kitchen—plenty of room to gather for family meals. Just off the living room is a lovely three-season room with foosball and additional space to unwind after a day at the beach.

The top floor features two large primary bedrooms. One offers a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second has two queen beds and its own en-suite bathroom.
