The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. « Overall a nice rental that is dog friendly. There’s a lovely view of the bay and marina. Despite being next to the Rusty Rudder it actually isn’t too loud. Apartment D is the top floor, walk up. Air conditioning was working well and the porch is roomy and has nice chairs/table for relaxing. Fridge/freezer is working well. There is an oven/range and dishwasher too. WiFi and TVs with Roku.
