„Alles super, große Zimmer, super Dusche. Unter der Woche günstiger Preis. 10 min in die Innenstadt.“

„Tolle Unterkunft - sehr zentral- immer wieder gerne “

„Clean, helpful staff at desk and at breakfast section; cleaning crew were respectful of notes on the door.“

„A false fire alarm sent us on the street with no staff in the know what was going on. the fact that people were smoking on the premises created a poor overall impression. the Food at Gordon Ramsay's takeaway was simply out of this world - overpriced and of poor quality!“

In Reno selbst waren viele Obdachlose.

„Tolles Hotel direkt beim Reno Arch. Zimmer war gross und sauber.“

„Personal ist sehr freundlich. Standort ist sehr laut. Preis ist okay. Ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu the row. Tankstelle und Danny s 4-5min.“

„I like that the communication was good through the expedia app to contact our accommodations for the studio. Room was very small but clean. Room got extremely hot at night even w fan and air running but air turned off when sleeping. Made for a very hard time resting. Had to take all bedding off to sleep comfortably. Hard children crying late at night after 10pm 11pm.glad it was clean tho“

„There was box elder Beatles on me when I woke up. There was a few dead ones on the bathroom floor and the batteries in the tv remote were dead.“

„We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.“
