The discount coupons given at check-in were not redeemable. We checked in at about 5:45 pm and went to dinner at the steakhouse and were told the dinner coupon was only valid from 4 to 5:30 We arrived at the steakhouse at 6:30. I thought that this was a cheap come on. I was directed to parking which was not available. Parked some distance to the hotel. Staff as nice and always greeted us. Hotel and Casino were clean.

There is specialty pricing available from 4:30-5:30 pm. Once it is after 5:30, the pricing raises, but the special is still available to order. Strange ventilation problem. Pete and Roy weren’t able resolve problem. Had to move once it was so noisy. The second room was fine for one day but also started making noise too but not as bad as the first room. It was a vibration rattling type of sound. I heard the noise from many areas . It seems to be only near the pool. Steakhouse was nice. Food and service was very good

Room decor is ok, mattress was a little janky could use an update. Some table games were closed. When I inquired about it they said they were short staffed. The property smells like a kennel, had to let hotel managers know there was dog poop in hallway of suites. When we got there we were told they didn’t have the 2 rooms I reserved only 1, and there was a $100 refundable deposit for each room. So disappointed with this facility.

Nice birthday getaway
Birthday trip and had a great time! Successful at gambling, friendly cocktail servers and checked frequently. Very friendly employees. Beds were a little bouncy was our only complaint. Will come back.
