« Parking online says $8 per day. I was charged $24 per day. Found a teeth flosser in spare bed. Also had to ask for pillow case for spare bedding didn't include one. Had to ask housekeeping for a shampoo as they had 2 body washes and 1 conditioner in the shower. »

« Great location perfect for what we need. Restaurants and shopping center close by. I would stay here again. »

« Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Since there was a sign on the bathroom mirror indicating it would be cleaned every other day we were surprised when it wasn't done. We asked why it wasn't clean and were told we needed to request that service. After pushing the issue, we were then told that we had a do not disturb sign on our door which wasn't true. »

« This house was so well equipped! There was not a single amenity overlooked! Plush towels, plenty of blankets and pillows, coffee supplies, spices and seasonings, paper products, games, books, you name it! The decor was so much fun. It slept 4 comfortably and could have accomodated 2 more on the couches. Great location not far from UNR. »

« The location was great and close to where we wanted to be. The house was cute and updated, the bedroom however has 2 windows above the bed that don’t have curtains or blinds so sleeping in was a no go. Went to check in at 4:30 and it was still being cleaned. Once we got in went to take a nap before heading out for the evening and the sheets were damp and not dry all the way which was super frustrating. »

« Really liked Katie who checked us in. Got us a room on the bottom floor which we appreciated. The breakfast on Sat. was nice but on Sunday lacked food and plates. Felt bad for the girl that was running it...she was overwhelmed but very nice. »
