« The apartment was already occupied as we showed up. In the end the owner put us up in his other hotel. He was very friendly, but the hotel was nothing like the stay we had expected. Beds that broke when you sat on them. The same for the shower and not the cleanest. »

« Es war ganz ganz schlimm. Wir sind 1200 km gefahren sind vor Ort gewesen und dieses Haus existiert nicht. Wir haben Fewo paarmal angerufen, und um Hilfe gebeten, aber es kam null Hilfe. Wir standen auf der Straße. 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder. Meine Frau mit einer Schwerbehinderung. Da wir in Bosnien keinen Handyempfang hatten, sind wir nach Kroatien zurückgefahren um mit der Fewo zu kommunizieren. Wir wurden einfach im Regen stehen gelassen. Die Kinder und die Frau am weinen. « We had to wait for an hour after agreed upon check-in time to get our key, we could not reach the host, the apartment was dirty, we had no warm water and on one occasion no water at all. Though the apartment is in a good location, it is right next to the tramway, which is very noisy and causes the entire apartment to shake every five minutes. All in all, a terrible experience. »

« From my experience, villas don’t often match up to the glossy photos online – but Stone Villa really did. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The place was spot on, and the views were amazing.Communication was brilliant, both before we arrived and while we were there. We had a problem with the pool heating on the first day (a Sunday), and it was sorted the very next morning.The welcome pack with wine was a lovely touch, and the fact it included vegan bits was really thoughtful...

"There is no shuttle to the airport they will just call a taxi for you but you still need to pay. I had one only one towel no wash cloth no bath mats no body soap or shampoo. The bed sheets has those black hole stain like a cigarette mark. And the room was so dam hot! No climatisations only a fan but I need the only one outlet to charge my phone so i couldn’t put the fan on"
