„We had a wonderful time at the cabin. Our family spent a lot of time down on the dock fishing and spending time on our paddleboat. The kids loved the choices of places to sleep. They had everything we could possibly want. So convenient and it was beautiful inside. The only con was that the upstairs was warm, even with the air on. We will definitely stay there again.“

„This place is close in town with a feel of being isolated in the country. It is a very pleasant outdoor setting. Convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. Extremely comfortable beds.“

„The cabin is small and lacks privacy but has good lake access. While the cabin has the basics the really important things are not being maintained. We first ran out of propane which runs the hot water heater, stove and grill (and they have two tanks). Then the septic tank was full and we couldn’t use the toilet from about 10 pm until 3pm the next day. The property owners did address the issues but they are not quick fixes and it’s really not good when a family of four does not have access to a ...

„My party really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as advertised. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is wonderful. The lake is quiet, and private, with the occasional jetski or speedboat cruising around. My party took full advantage of the kayaks and enjoyed the lake, and the awesome views. The property is close enough to Minocqua that we spent quite a bit of time shopping, dining and hiking there. Highly recommend.“

„The property was a lovely place to spend time with friends! Things like mugs pre chilled in the freezer, snacks upon arrival, and water bottles in the fridge make this place feel extra special! We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The outside patio was very nice and had room for all of us to enjoy. We loved the kayaks, paddle boards, and the lily pad that was available to us! I would highly recommend to others.“

„We had an enjoyable time there. However, we could not get the furnace to work and the temp. had cooled off enough that we needed it to run. I do not have a phone to contact anyone. I left a note for the cleaners and told them about it. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay.“

„The snowmobile trails weren’t open, so this house on Curtis Lake helped us take those blues away on our family getaway. Spent most of the time cooking, watching the football games and playing a lot of the games that were there. A great family vacation and would definitely return.“

„This property was a fantastic space for our family vacation as it allowed separate areas for our grandkids and kids. The great room was perfect for the older, late night folks to play pool, throw darts, turn up music and have fun without interrupting sleep schedules of our littles. The “bar” area is fully stocked with glassware, bar coolers and an ice maker so no need to go into the kitchen for anything. The kitchen is fully stocked: crockpots, rice cooker, dishes galore, and cooking utensils. ...

„We had the best stay at Porch in the Pines. The cabin was super clean, equipped with everything we could ever need, the furniture was very comfortable, the lake view was gorgeous, location was great. 5 stars all around. Can’t wait to go back!“
