The open-plan layout extends into a well-equipped kitchen where everything needed for preparing meals is provided, while an additional single bed within this space allows for a third guest without compromising comfort.



Natural light flows throughout, enhancing the calm atmosphere, while modern touches such as a large flat-screen television, soundproofing, and complimentary WiFi ensure a seamless stay. The interior connects effortlessly to the outdoors, where a private terrace has been carefully styled for relaxation, complete with outdoor furnishings and a refreshing exterior shower, ideal after a day exploring nearby beaches.



Positioned on the ground floor with a shared main entrance alongside a neighbouring residence, the setting remains peaceful and private. Guests also benefit from on-site parking and easy access to the surrounding countryside, with Prasonisi just a short drive away and the historic Lindos within reach for day trips.



While daily living is designed to feel effortless, guests should note that any damage incurred during the stay may be subject to a charge of up to €100, in line with the property’s policy. No dedicated staff are present on-site, although efficient private check-in and check-out services are arranged to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
