The amenities were fabulous, everything we needed for family meals, loved the two decking areas and the views to the water. « We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. « Absolutely immaculate property. Maybe cleanest and most well put together rental property we've ever stayed at. Great location for Cowes and Phillip Island in general. Minutes to main restaurant and shopping area. We had 3 adults, 4 kids and with 3 large beds, 1 single, and 2 sitting areas it was plenty of space for all. And the cherry on top was the ease of arrival and departure.. The easiest positive review Ive ever had to make. »
