This charming home has been thoughtfully designed to combine rustic character with modern comfort, creating a peaceful retreat where you can relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Step into the inviting open-plan kitchen and dining area, where traditional charm meets contemporary design. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and essential cookware and cutlery, making it easy to prepare everything from a simple breakfast to a delicious home-cooked meal. The dining area provides a welcoming setting for enjoying meals together.

Large sliding glass doors open onto the patio, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Here, you can enjoy al fresco dining surrounded by lush greenery or simply relax in the fresh air.

The home offers two comfortable bedrooms, both filled with natural light from large windows. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, making it ideal for friends or children travelling together. Thoughtful décor and soft furnishings create a peaceful atmosphere for restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom provides a comfortable space to freshen up, featuring a refreshing shower and ample storage. Fresh towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Step outside into the private garden, a peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply taking a moment to disconnect, this outdoor space offers the perfect setting to slow down and relax.

Guests will have exclusive access to the house, including the private garden and outdoor dining area. The home is part of a cluster of three houses, each offering its own private retreat.


We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.


A charming and comfortable property in Ribeira Grande, on the beautiful north coast of São Miguel Island in the Azores. Guests can explore the historic city center, with its traditional architecture, local shops, cafés, and restaurants, while enjoying easy access to the stunning Atlantic coastline.

The location is ideal for discovering some of São Miguel’s most spectacular natural attractions, including the volcanic landscapes of Lagoa do Fogo, the relaxing thermal waters of Caldeira Velha, and the beautiful beaches of Santa Bárbara and Monte Verde. It’s a great base for experiencing the island’s natural beauty, outdoor adventures, and authentic Azorean atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stops are approximately a 2–5 minute walk from the property, with connections to Ribeira Grande, Ponta Delgada, and other areas of São Miguel Island.

As São Miguel Island does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily by car, bus, taxi, or car hire.

João Paulo II Airport (PDL) is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
