« Unfortunately, our experience did not match the photos or descriptions shown on the website. The room we were assigned looked significantly different from the online images and appeared to be in poor condition. Upon arrival, we found several cleanliness and maintenance issues, including what appeared to be pet waste embedded in the carpet (partially hidden by a chair), pet urine stains along the baseboards, and what appeared to be blood on a shelf in the bathroom. « Our stay was wonderful. We had brunch at the facility and our waitress was attentive and delightful. The food was fantastic and it was a great stay - all around!! It’s my favorite place in the Tri-Cities! »

« The staff was awesome,like always. I had a very pleasant stay. I was renting a room that had a stench of smoke, i quickly notified the staff and take care of it immediately. »

« It was decently clean. It was a bit sandy under the bed springs but the rest of the room was fairly clean. The fridge and kitchenette was very useful and the room was spacious. We also had a second room booked. While it was fairly clean, the room smelled quite awful. I suspect the previous tenant had smoked marijuana. We were very satisfied with the location and the price for what we got. »

« If you are looking to not perhaps pay as much for The Lodge, this absolutely should be on your radar. The team, rooms, location, breakfast, all the things hit the mark. While I think the remotes likely need to be replaced (as we got the batteries replaced on day 2), due to many thumbs aggressively finding the right channel, that’s still not dropping the 5 STAR rating. We will be back and also for the location, both for walkable options and also a nice river walk, can’t go wrong. »

« Decent room. No coffee maker, no hair dryer. Train went by at 1:30 am and woke me up. Person above me never stopped banging things and stomping back and forth... literally all evening and from 2:30am on. Will not stay here again. Disappointed. »
