"We booked based on price and reviews. This had good reviews. Lobby was clean and check in smooth. But that is where our experience ended being positive. We got to our room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We went back to desk to ask for a nonsmoking room and he said all rooms were non smoking and ..."
