« We stayed here with our dog while our son was in Cooperstown for baseball. This was everything we wanted. Our hosts were wonderful, the location is beautiful, our stay was comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The outdoor shower was amazing. We really enjoyed visiting with the animals on the farm. Fantastic experience all around. »

« Overall our stay was fantastic. 100 acres, trails, the ponds. I think the dogs had the most fun! Living in the Green Mts. of Vermont I'm not easily impressed by natural beauty, but the drive there and views from the deck were top notch! AND!!! It's not mentioned in the description, but wild raspberries and blackberries abound, practically steps from the door. We were there July 30-Aug 1, and we easily picked 2 pints. Already looking forward to going back next summer. »

« We were in town for a wedding and a weekend of RnR. This is the perfect spot for that! The cabin was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch swing and evening drinks by the fire while listening to nature. It truly was a great location to unwind and recharge. If we are ever back in the area, we will be booking this cabin!! A communication with Peter, he was the best host ive ever encountered while booking a trip. Highly recommend. »

« This was our first Vrbo experience and it was absolutely perfect! The property owner met us as we arrived in pouring down rain to be sure we were comfortable and settled. The space was cozy and had everything we needed, from a functional kitchen space to air conditioning. This was glamming at its finest. « The cabin was secluded and quiet, lovely location, and a beautiful sunroom. We were two adults and a baby, and a cat. It was clean and well stocked with linens and utensils. Our baby did well as it was kid friendly. Small but compact and everything was in good working order. WiFi was good. It was close to Mine Kill State Park. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing we would suggest is removing the trophy animals (three deer heads and a turkey). Not everyone is comfortable with such...

« Nice cabin to relax and escape to. There’s a few trails around and the towns around have everything you need. The owner of the property was super helpful and always responded immediately. Very easy to communicate with. It snowed while we were up there which was absolutely beautiful being surrounded by trees. « The excellent reviews and the photos of the cabin are all accurate, the cabin is great. I found the location to be great, far enough from the busier areas around the park but close enough, 20 mins or so, to go back and forth a couple times a day if needed. Would have been nice to use the parking behind the cabin (especially when moving in and out w bags/luggage) as there are certainly a lot of stairs from the road to the cabin and going from the lake to the cabin is a workout, but it’s worth...

"I was really surprised by the charm of the motel with the lake and the view. The room is clean. When you enter the bathroom its like going back in the 80’s but its also clean and it kind of work with the rest of the place!! I’m happy we found that nice place to stay for the night. "
