„After going through a cancellation and delayed flights at the airport, I could not get access to the apartment because no one was there to open the gate to let me in. It didn’t seem urgent that I had flown over 24 hours. I was too exhausted I I went ahead and booked another hotel for the night. I came the next day and I was able to gain access; however, I was put off the old dirty towels that were left for me to use. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets made my skin itch the whole ...
