No Parties or Events: Hosting parties, gatherings, or any loud events inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will lead to immediate eviction and a significant financial penalty.

Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is absolutely forbidden anywhere inside the apartment or common areas of the building. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes. If evidence of smoking is found, a mandatory fine will be charged to cover professional cleaning and deodorizing costs.

Noise and Conduct: Please maintain a peaceful environment and respect quiet hours. We operate under a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior.

Property Responsibility: Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused to the apartment during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest accordingly.
