Disappointed. Let me start with a compliment to Rudy who tried to help us. But he couldn’t speak any English so that was a big barrier.
Because the internet/WiFi didn’t work. That was a huge problem for us. I had guests arriving at multiple time into the airport and train station and no way for them to communicate with me.
Although Silvia met me she seemed to be in a hurry and left early without explaining everything.
The last day the dog pooped on the carpet as I awaited Silvia to return and settle the 500 euro deposit. She never showed. Big problem. I’m still waiting for the return of a portion of my deposit.
The views were fantastic but when there is no or poor communication, I cannot recommend this company to others.
