You have booked a stay with arrival a week after the flood, which we repeat did not affect Rimini in any way. We explained to you that it was absolutely safe to come to us, that the roads were open and that the sun was shining on Rimini. In the hotel there were and are other guests with children who are enjoying the beach. Your flight hasn't even been cancelled. We are not people who would put a family with children at risk, but there was no prerequisite for a refund.
