„Great location, excellent communication. Cutest little tour guide. They do preface their listing with the fact that it is an active working ranch. In the middle of the night, one of the horses in the barn that is connected to the guest house must have bucked or something. Scared us lol. So I would definitely say make sure you are OK with hearing numerous horse noises throughout the night because there were plenty. It’s not a place to go and sleep in. They are in that office talking pretty loud ...

The owner takes very good care of this home. You can tell that by just walking in and seeing how clean it is and the love that was pur into it by the decor. The couch is very comfortable.
