Wunderschöne bestens ausgerüstete Apartments mit T
Die Apartments sind bestens ausgerüstet mit allen erdenklichen Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine und geschmackvollen Möbeln, hell, gut zu lüften und großzügig geschnitten. Amélia hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert und war eine unverzichtbarere Quelle für Informationen über Rio und Santa Teresa. Als es ein Problem mit der städtischen Wasserversorgung gab wurde sich unverzüglich um einen Tankwagen gekümmert und wir hatten Wasser als Restaurants im Viertel noch auf dem Trockenen saßen. Insgesamt wärmste Empfehlung!

Excelente ubicación en el barrio Santa Teresa. El barrio histórico de Río. Muy cerca del Bondinho de Santa Teresa que disfrutamos muchísimo. Unas vistas al Pan de Azúcar de ensueño. Despertar con esa vista desde todos los ángulos y de todas las ventanas ha sido maravilloso. El departamento ha sido muy cómodo. Dormimos bien, cocinamos, lavamos ropa, los baños muy bien, la cocina equipada. Éramos 5 en un departamento y estuvimos muy cómodos con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños. Algunos detalles: se averió el AA y mandaron un técnico a arreglarlo. Así que más allá de un desperfecto que puede pasar, valoró la inmediatez en arreglarlo. La intención vale muchísimo y la valoramos y agradecemos. Excelente relación precio/calidad. Sin dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. Muchas gracias por todo!!!

Second Stay
This is my second time staying here. It is clean, pleasant, and reasonably priced. Most appreciate that it is in the touristy area of Santa Teresa and near LAPA. That is nice too. There's also a great view of the center from most rooms. My only minus, which isn't tied to the place, is that if you're out late, it can be difficult to get an uber up into the steep hills of Santa Teresa. Most taxis will though.

I stayed here for almost a month. The place is nice the apartment has a balcony with view on the sugar loaf mountain. Everything was clean. Amelia is very welcoming but I didn’t feel much important as a client staying for 27 nights in one of the most expensive room. Weekly cleaning was difficult to organize but she has other room to get ready. Getting clean towels was difficult. The beds are both kinda collapsing. I didn’t sleep well most of the time. Of course, she can’t control the surrounding but there’s a dog barking everyday for hours close to the building. Was invaded by ants at some point but she was reactive. I have mixed feelings about the place because Uber would cancel me all the time or not want to come to the neighborhood. Resting was sometimes difficult due to the dog and loud parties until late in the night during weekends. It was also difficult to check out. After a month here they wanted to charge check out or keep my bags but had to come back according to their will. Insisting I leave at 11, nobody was here at 11. I didn’t feel much considerate unless when they wanted to promote their friends events, cos of course, tourists are here to pay. I won’t come again for all those reasons, cos I can find same kind of place, cheaper with service and breakfast included... without the view but I can’t have it all I guess.

Dear Loris, Thank you very much to have stayed with us! Your review help us to offer a best service and accommodations for our guests. I'm really sorry for all inconvenience caused during your stay. I will investigate why the cleaning service and change towels was difficult, and why nobody did your check out and stored your luggage, it wasn't supposed to be like this. I'm very sad about this. We do a debugging every three month and ants come because of the forest around the building. About Uber some drivers don't know the neighbourhood and they cancel or don't want to go, in this case yellow taxi is the best option. I'm really sorry again for all inconvenience. Best wishes. Perfect and safe location in the heart of the famous Santa Teresa district. Nice, renew apartment, friendly staff. Beautiful view from the common balcony(and from some rooms also) to the Sugar Mountain. In 15 meters there is a grocery for everything: breakfast, coffee, fruits, vegetables, lunch, wine, beer and live music at the evenings, so you can get the real Rio lifestyle feeling.

This is a lovely apartment block set in a picturesque location. It’s an old building with character but with tastefully modernised units. The fact that it is on a hill and that there are lots of stairs internally may be an issue for anyone with mobility problems. However, for us it was all an amusing part of the overall experience. The apartment itself is just right for friends or families travelling with older children. The rooms are compact but well designed and having full kitchen facilities was a real bonus. There are a couple of stores and bars right next to the block. Do you can buy some basic groceries, have breakfast, snacks or drinks and some evenings there’ll even be some entertainment. Amelia and the team were all very polite and attentive. A quick orientation on the first morning was really useful and gave us some good ideas on how to make the most of our short stay. In short - clean, comfortable and cozy. Highly recommended!

SUPER Apartment with TERRIFIC VIEW!
The Luxury Apartmen has nice clean black and white colors, there is plenty of space... and the view is terrific, from the bedroom - from the dining area - and from relaxing area! The area, cause of the steep cobblestone streets, and the house, cause of the steep steps and no lift... is not the best for disabled travellers. Taking a taxi, and getting an apartment on the same level, or the next level, as the entrance will help that. Did I mention the View?! ;-) The area felt very safe!

Stay here. You'll love every second of it !!
We loooooved the apartment!!! Staff were nice and kind. The neighbourhood was great! We enjoyed our walks around it. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfy. The balcony was out of this world. It was sooo beautiful to wake up early in the morning to see the sunrise with such an amazing view, have breakfast with such a view. Relax and chill!! AND!!!! There were little monkeys on the trees that would come close to you.! These little monkeys are typical from Brazil I think cuz I had never seen them before, they looked like a furby!! P.S. Escadaria Selaron are just 5 minutes walk from there!

Boa estadia que poderia ter sido ótima.
Foi uma boa estadia no geral. O loft é grande, pode-se cozinhar, a vista é linda, muito espaçoso e agradável. Faltou um filtro de água, tanto para beber, quanto para a torneira(água para cozinhar). Alguns nuances para mim negativos mas que não impediriam meu retorno: Achei estranho o atendente ir entrando no meu quarto para me mostrar coisas e detalhes do quarto e receber o dinheiro da estadia sem meu convite para entrar, afinal uma vez que se aluga um quarto o mesmo fica sob usufruto do locatário a não ser em vista de sinais de mal uso. Ou seja, o atendente não pode entrar no quarto a não ser que seja solicitado. Também foi estranho para mim receber uma mensagem de whatsapp me advertindo que teria uma taxa de limpeza de 100 reais fora a reserva, ,a qual me recusei a pagar pois não estava explícita no anuncio do app, recusa a qual sob minha iminente desistência do quarto foi aceita.

Usamos o whats app como um canal de atendimento direto com os nossos hóspedes, pedimos informações sobre horários de check in, avisamos de algo importante e nos colocamos a disposição do hóspede caso precise de algo. Enviamos uma mensagem avisando que cobramos uma taxa de limpeza por estadia, conforme nossa política e não o advertindo. Final de semana agradável
O acesso a Santa Teresa é complicado, por ter ruas estreitas e carros estacionados ao longo do caminho. Os Taxis amarelos não gostam de subir. Ficam com receios. Mas os UBER estão indo sem problemas. O Sugar oferece material de cozinha (panelas, fogão, liquidificador, e outros). Então é melhor passar em um supermercado antes de subir até ao local e comprar alguns materiais para lanche e café. O mercadinho que fica próximo é um quebra-galho, nesse sentido, eleva os preços dos produtos.

Lugar incriiiveeelllll !!! Recomendadíssimo !!!!!
Minha estadia foi simplesmente incrível !!!! O loft é simplesmente incrível e Diel as fotos do anúncio! A entrada não condiz em nada com o que já no interior ! Vou indicar o local para amigos. Tudo muito bom. Área, apartamento, uma vista incrível. A única reclamação que causou um pouco de estresse na chegada foi a cobrança de taxa de limpeza. Foi uma surpresa desagradável. Liguei para hotel.com e tudo foi resolvido. Vale a pena vir com a família.
