„I had a very pleasant stay at Casa Bella. The property had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, as well as being charming, very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent which made it easy to enjoy Noto and its beautiful atmosphere.David was responsive and helpful. The check-in process was simple and smooth. Everything worked perfectly during my stay.I highly recommend Casa Bella and would be happy to stay here again in the future.“

„The apartment and location were great. My concern was that I didn’t hear anything from the host regarding check in.I reached out to the host numerous times days prior to our arrival with no response. Even though I had confirmation when we originally booked many months prior, with no response from the host had me wondering if something had happened on their end.I finally received a response 3 hours before we were to check in with all the details.Very poor communication.“
