The primary bedroom is on the main floor, with two additional bedrooms upstairs, all with their own en suite bathroom. An additional half bath is on the main floor adjacent to the living space.

The kitchen with contemporary appliances and granite counters is perfect for cooking in or entertaining family and guests. The adjacent living room is furnished with a soft, comfortable sofa and lounge chairs and is a welcome place to relax after a long day on the course or hiking local trails. The spacious back porch, outfitted with a gas grill, looks southeast over McLemore Cove and opens up distant views of the first hole of the Highlands course at McLemore. It is the perfect location for comfortably watching the glow of early morning sunrises and evening sunsets.
