« The extra, thoughtful touches in this home are just wonderful. We loved the beds and had the most incredible, restful sleep while there. The hosts were also very thoughtful in suggesting things for us to do. We really enjoyed the spring Ron and Theresa told us about and the hikes Theresa suggested. We will definitely be back. The area is beautiful, and this is the perfect, cozy place to stay while exploring. »

« Beautiful property to relax and spend time with family. Spacious and clean with plenty of outdoor space to grill, sit by the fire pit or just enjoy the views and sounds of the river. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. »

« We gathered family from around the country to celebrate our son”s graduation from JMU. Zion Abode was the PERFECT location. It allows all the family to stay together, has amazing views and tremendous amenities for gathering and enjoying each other. We recommend it as the pinnacle of luxury accommodations in the area! « Enjoyed the location, spaciousness, and amenities close by. House is comfortable and great for families. There are 2 stairs, if you are traveling with toddlers. A hot outdoor jacuzzi and fire pit made it really fun. »

« Very nice. Well equipped. Family trip ranged from 1 to adults. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time. Kitchen had everything things you need. House included toiletries and almost all the items that was needed. All you have to pack is clothes. Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay at your home! Will come again. »

« Great location for a few day trip to the national park. The kids absolutely loved the play areas. The hot tub and many appliances plus amenities made it a very comfortable stay. The only downside, although it was clearly communicated so we knew, was the trash disposal on the last day. Considering the amount paid to stay at the house, guests shouldn’t be expected to inconveniently drive 10 minutes to dispose trash. »

« Great house! Very spacious with an open floor plan on the main level. We had more room than we needed! The four bedrooms are big, and with more than one bed in two of them, this is an easy house for a big family, multiple families, or group of friends. Silly thing to review, but the bath towels are big, which is a huge win!! Lots of trees around the house, so it stayed nice and cool inside when it was 80 outside.The parking is limited since the HOA does not allow streetside parking.We were in...

« This property was everything it promised to be! From karaoke and pool table to video games to hot tub it was really a fun and relaxing spot! There was a nice coffee bar set up on the main floor, so it was very easy to grab a cup of coffee or tea and sit out on the deck in the early morning peace. We even saw a few deer! « We stayed for our daughters graduation weekend. It was a home that provided plenty of space both indoors and out and you didn't feel like you were on top of each other. »

« House was gorgeous! Plenty of space indoor and outdoor! Very accommodating for those that come with kids, and plan on cooking throughout the trip. One day out of my trip, we spent the whole day in the house enjoying the hot tub, games, sauna, and relaxing on the top patio. I hope we can make this a yearly thing at this house! Thank you to all the host that helped us book this home and through out our visit there! »

« Family friendly and sparkling clean! Our family loved each having their own fun room with comfy beds and pillows. Loved the large dining table and chairs for family dinners and playing games. The basement with games was a hit! We enjoyed having the space to spend time together and also have our “own” spaces to take a break when we needed to. 5 stars! »

« This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Listing is very accurate and looks even better in person. We appreciated how well stocked the place was with towels, kitchen stuff, toiletries, & activities on site for kids & adults. « We rented this house for our daughter’s graduation from James Madison University. It was perfect in every way. It was absolutely beautiful, cozy, clean, spacious and in a great location with plenty to do. There were 14 of us staying and was plenty of room. The owners were accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The space provided a lot to do with a game room, hot tub, media center and gorgeous outdoor space. « This really is an amazing property. Every room is incredibly put together and decorated. The basement is like a five star resort entertainment area. Everything is so clean and modern plus the overall amenities cannot be beat. A couple of notes, there is no flexibility on check in or out times and when the say the HOA is going to enforce every community rule regardless of how absurd....it is true. Having said that, probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at over the years. »
