« Séjour de 5 nuits. Hotel trÚs propre, avec une équipe adorable, trÚs à l'écoute. Le confort est bon. Ce n'est pas luxueux mais beaucoup mieux que ce que je craignais au vu du petit prix. J'ai mis une mauvaise note pour le cÎté écologique, mais c'est vrai pour tout le pays à cause de la vaisselle jetable partout. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien achalandé hormis des fruits frais. « The service was terrible. I paid for a suit and was given a regular room. I called Expedia and no one could help me. The hotel never had a manager onsite (at least the 5 times I walked to the desk and asked) and Expedia wouldnât do anything to solve the problem except for trying to communicate with the manager who was never at the hotel. The front desk staff just kept saying âwe can do anything for you because you booked through Expediaâ and Expedia kept saying âwe can do anything for you...

« We stayed here for two days because I had appointments at MD Anderson cancer center, first the review said there is breakfast with our stay! No breakfast at all..then the water in our sink did not work so they changed us to another room and the same thing NO WATER! The second room they put us in was next to a couple that were fighting and smoking weed all night..the smell came in our room told the front desk and was told that they would let the manager know..no one came to check..never staying...

« For a cheap hotel this place is better than expected. Room was modern and clean. No table just a small desk and 1 crappy little office chair. Had a comfy king bed with only 2 small worn out pillows. I had to by a couple for $5 each. It was quite and the parking lot was as bright a day in the middle of the night. I definitely felt safe. Only had a half roll of toilet paper and the manager refused to give me any more as he also refused a couple extra pillows. All and all I stayed a week and...
