„VRBO and the host double booked the place. After a long drive we arrived to a house full of guests who were already unpacked and very unhappy to see us. VRBO's "VRBO Care" would have had us moved from a 4 bedroom house to a hotel for one night, and then the remaining nights at a similar place nearby (but that we would need to find on our own). This was unacceptable so we asked for a full refund.“

„This home is located in the most beautiful area of Virginia- the mountains are breathtaking. Teresa was wonderful, she was more than accommodating and very responsive to a power outage we experienced. It rained the whole weekend, but it didn’t put a damper on our trip.
