« Very basic old school motel. Very 80’s but clean. No issues with the stay. If you’re looking for Great Wolf amenities, or even a modern motel, look elsewhere. That said, if you come to the Dells to enjoy the activities and only use the room to sleep, it’s a budget friendly choice »

« Manager worked with me to cancel a duplicated reservation, gave me a refund. Everything was nicer than I expected for the price, pool was heated and we basically had it to ourselves. Would stay again. »

« We were here during the off season, so it was not very busy. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The hotel and indoor water park were clean. The hours of operation for the indoor water park & theme park were not clearly posted. The indoor theme park closed so early, we weren't able to use all of our game credits there. « The location was perfect, next to the Bay, and eating breakfast with the nice view outside. The hotel was within walking distance of shops, and restaraunts as well. The staff were all very polite, and checkin was a breeze. The only thing I didnt like was, that the carpet could use a cleaning. The hotel was very clean otherwise, and I would stay again if having the chance. »

« For the amount that we paid for this, I was expecting something not great. Boy was I shocked when we drove into the parking lot and the property is right on the lake. When we got into our room, we found a balcony that overlooked the water with great views of the sunset. When we drove in, I thought this was a bit out of the way to find out. We were only eight minutes from everything in town. It was a great day. The staff were wonderful. We loved going to the zoo tickets, which came with our room...
