„Es war mehr als perfekt! Der erste Eindruck der Lobby ist spektakulär, die zusammenhängenden Zimmer waren sehr schön, groß und sauber. Die Aussendusche ist großartig! Das Essen war sehr gut. Man kann auch außerhalb essen, zB. Im Sufi oder Four Seasons. Der Butlerservice ist fantastisch! Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und pampering. Wir hatten einen Latecheckout um 17:00 Uhr mit jeder Annehmlichkeit, im Gegensatz zum Mousai, wo wir Punkt 11:00 Uhr telefonisch herausgeworfen ...

„Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot.“

„Room was clean but kitchen was pretty empty save for two coffee cups, two saucers and two spoons. Microwave, coffee maker (no filters) and fridge. No plates or utensils though I assume you could ask for them. Was funny because there were lots of cupboards and drawers with nothing in them. The staff is great thou so made up for it! “

„This is a lovely hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make it so. Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable and luxurious. The balcony is more of an enclosed room with a small open window and a little foot pool, but it was fine because we were enjoying the rest of the resort all day.
