« The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. »

« Me and my family loved our stay at best western for 2 nights. The staff is friendly, everything was clean. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options. Parking was convenient, hotel is located conveniently near all stores. »

« This is a property in new hands as I learned while staying there this past week. They are making efforts to improve it overall and have already replaced all room refrigerators with an impressive mini-refrigerator & freezer. It's clean and well-kept. My only negative observation was that it needs interior painting. When I discussed this with the owner/manager, he advised that in fact that project starts this week.
