Very convenient property. My only negative is that noise travels between floors. We apparently had a family with little kids running back and forth in the room above us and it sounded like a herd horses coming through the ceiling.

My husband and I do occasional date nights and decided to give Home to Suites a try this time. The main things we wanted were the pool and spa. When we arrived we were told both were down, but we could use a pool on another property. They would not issue a discount stating that their website notified customers that the pool and spa were down for maintenance. The problem with that is that we used Expedia to book the hotel. Expedia did not mention that they were down for maintenance. When we went to the other property to use the pool, they didn't have a spa. We contacted the hotel manager after the stay. He was very kind and offered a full refund. Had that been the end of it, I would have given the hotel 4 stars. Unfortunately, we never received the refund. I had called the manager 3 more times, I was told he wasn't in the office. When I attempted to leave a voicemail, his mailbox was full. I sent him 2 emails and he never responded. I finally got in touch with the assistant manager who told me that she would approve the refund, but I needed to contact Expedia. The original person I spoke to said that he would contact them and my refund would be issued within 10 business days. I was never made aware that I could contact Expedia to have it refunded. Anyway, it has been resolved, but now the hotel will be getting 2 stars because of the run around I was given. It took 3 weeks to get this resolved.

We specifically reserved a room with a tub so our toddler could have a bath. When we checked in there were none available. We only found out the pool was closed upon attempting to go to it. Even though the pool has been closed for several weeks we received no notification of this. If we had we would have chosen another hotel since it was a necessity for our family. The breakfast provided was inedible. The state of the actual room was horrendous. The faucet is not connected properly to the sink. It lifts completely every time you use it. The grout of the shower was disintegrating, making a mess whenever the shower was used. The curtain in the room did not open either. We found a lighter under the bed, a serious safety concern with a toddler.

I requested and paid for a room with a bathtub and when we checked in we were placed in a handicap room with no tub. We went downstairs and asked to be moved and we were informed that they had no other rooms were available with a tub This hotel was not full at all. Very upset!!! Needed the tub for swollen legs from a long day of flying. I will not be staying here again!!!

We had just arrived from Philadelphia and we were tired and a little out of sorts. Our receptionist, Esmeralda Johnson was extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is showing its age. They were working on painting so perhaps they are sprucing it up. My room was fine and clean, but there were two garbage bags in the hallway that didn't get moved overnight. It was fine for what I needed - a short, over-night stay near the airport. Would not have wanted to vacation there. The exercise room had several pieces of equipment that were not plugged in.

Disappointing
Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Big problem was that we had some things stolen from our truck our first night. Front desk told us they would help us out and look at camera footage to see if there was any video of the crime. They haven't been very helpful so far. Police have been more helpful. I thought the area was pretty safe. Disappointing that hotel has not stepped up and looked at the footage for the police. We're waiting for a phone call from them...

Almost perfect
It is a beautiful building and nice rooms. The lobby is super comfy with overstuffed pillows I saw more than one tyke just curl up and fall asleep on. However, there were some decisions obviously made at the management level that took away from the experience. Despite reserving a room that sleeps 6, they only stocked it with 2 towels and 5 pillows. I asked both nights of our stay if they had extra, and was told no both times. The included breakfast was delicious, though understocked for a holiday weekend. If they would just add back in the perks to which we are used to at this price point, it would be perfect!
