„Beautifully furnished immaculate home with easy beach access. Centrally located near stores and restaurants. Loved the decks and deck furniture - fun evening on the deck feeling like we were “ in the trees.” A lot of love went into this place. Lots of nice “extras”: a keurig with coffee pods, tea bags and tea kettle, books and games , beach towels to name a few. Although there is no beach view, you still feel like you are on the beach. Highly recommended!“

„Exactly as advertised. Simple, no-frills, pet friendly beach house in a very nice neighborhood. When we arrived the water had been turned off (for the winter?). We messaged the host and she had the water co there in 30 mins! Great host, very responsive. Big TV. Stack W/D is great to have. Everything works. We spent 5 nights and would stay there again for sure.“

„We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.“

„If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Charming and very clean. We liked the old obx atmosphere - with a nice update. Great location with ocean views. The pool was refreshing with ample chairs. There’s a crow’s nest with pergola. Screened in porch on cottage 11 was spacious enough to have dinner outside and still have room to hang towels. The property was well kept. "Es war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt im John Yanceys. Wir waren zu jederzeit sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war wieder sehr schön, wie beschrieben und auch sehr sauber. Wir nehmen housekeeping eher seltener in Anspruch, konnten aber zu jederzeit HandtĂŒcher austauschen und neuen Kaffee erhalten. Ebenso fanden wir den vorhandenen Besen und Fegeblech sehr nĂŒtzlich fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Herzlichen Dank ans Team fĂŒr die wunderschöne Zeit. "
