« The AC didn’t work and when I told them, they said they would send maintenance up. Later on that afternoon, I come back to the hotel and the room is still 80°. I let them know again that the room is hot and asked if maintenance came up. They said they would send maintenance again. They proceed to tell me that they put new coolant and that it takes time to run through the system. Never offered to change rooms or to give me a fan. Nothing. The very next morning we wake up and it’s still over 80°...

« Good place to stay. We brought a lot of stuffs and put It in the fridge to avoid to pay expensive for restaurants. But the fridge froze all. We had to buy It again. Be carreful, in room 612, if a lot of rain or storm outside, there is a leak, you have to put some buckets. »
