„Sehr guter Service, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Essen. “

„Alles war mittelmässig“

„Luckily we only stayed one night. The hotel is great if you like mold in the bathroom and beds that are much too small and saggy. It's also a great place for those who like unfriendly service and being treated like a military drill sergeant. Hospital-like meal times and a similar quality. Not even recommended for a hotel when just passing through!“

„We had a great time at the queen of the loch. We had booked a twin room. Unfortunately, when we got into the room it was not arranged as a twin but the friendly staff fixed that right away. The location is great: close to the center and with shops and restaurants as well as the loch. We also really enjoyed the included breakfast (we had the full breakfast) and the atmosphere of the place which reminded me of a casual hotel in the US. The staff was always friendly and accommodating.“

„If you’re after a stunning view, Duck Bay certainly delivers – the loch is breathtaking. Sadly, that’s where the charm ends. „Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz und Wanderwege vor der Tür was will man mehr? 👍“

„Extraordinary staff, die to a delayed flight we arrived at 22:30 and she was so extremely helpful and friendly that we felt hardly welcomed by second one! Parking lot was available, also there's good coffee and some cakes in the morning. Would definitely come back for another longer stay“

„Enjoyed our stay at Sugar Boat. Lovely loft room and a tasty breakfast. Relaxed team looked after us.“

„Really quiet and beautiful view and nature“

„Good location, good breakfast, soy milk available.“

„This is a beautiful hotel on Loch Lamond but the real reason to come is for the romantic little res“
