« The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. »

« What a charming little getaway! It was perfect for our family's needs, easy access to the highway but in a quiet neighborhood. The place was immaculate, the beds are comfortable, the AC works wonderfully, and all the kitchen appliances worked perfectly. It is really close to the lake, and the back porch has a pleasing, inviting and relaxing ambiance. We were very grateful for the front porch cameras, as we were able get in despite a code mix up from VRBO. If we find ourselves in the neighborhood...
