« Got back from our event at 1015 and was locked out of hotel and room. Waited a very long time for someone to come help at the desk. The lobby was full of people still at 10 - and they were all still waiting to be checker into their rooms. Some has been waiting hours! Check in times are at 3- so these people had reservations and were still waiting for a room at 10 pm. We were there for 3 nights and asked for garbages to be taken out and that never happened. »

« The breakfast was good. It was a standard continental breakfast. The lady that was helping Friday night was very friendly and helpful. However, the room is advertised as a 4-person room. My older daughter had to sleep in a friend's room as we had a double bed with a pull-out couch. Which was fine until we go to open the pull out and we had no sheets, a majorly stained mattress and it was a twin bed! How were we sleeping 4 people in that room? My kids are 13 and 15 and neither one would fit on...

« The pool was much smaller than anticipated, but I didn't really inspect the photos either, maybe five or six kids could play nicely. The staff was amazing and efficient! The food was okay, hotel breakfast is always hit or miss and we knew that, we still filled up and appreciated the offerings! « We love this hotel! It’s so convenient to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everyone we have encountered at the hotel was super helpful and very friendly! We love that they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our son was having an allergic reaction due to his medication and needed to rest after a day-long of traveling. We will always stay here when we need to visit the Mayo Clinic for our son’s treatments. »

"HĂŽtel un peu vieillot, surtout le hall d’entrĂ©e. Au bord d’une rue en travaux, mais malgrĂ© tout notre chambre donnant sur le parking Ă©tait assez calme. Salle de sport ridiculement petite ; grande comme un placard et seulement 2 appareils (vĂ©lo elliptique et tapis de marche si je me rappelle bien). On n’a pas testĂ© la piscine. La chambre Ă©tait trĂšs grande et la salle de bain pratique, car douche et WC Ă©taient sĂ©parĂ©s du lavabo. Petit-dĂ©jeuner buffet pas trĂšs variĂ© ni trĂšs fourni, mais correct. Grand parking gratuit. "
