Relaxing Pool & Hot Tub House near RIT Inn

This home away from home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, colleges, festivals and not far from wineries and breweries. You can enjoy time watching TV (only tv is in the living room) and relax on a large couch that reclines. The kitchen offers coffee, and many cooking items. Wegmans is within a few miles to stock up on groceries. In the summer months you can enjoy a large deck you can access from the master bedroom or entryway. You will have access to the pool, hot tub and lounge to relax and soak up some peace and quite. The pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned and maintained. Please note, only guests staying at the home reservation are permitted to use the pool and hot tub. Due to safety reasons no one under 16 is permitted to use the hot tub. No guests can be invited for pool use. We wash everything in between guests, including pillows and bath mats. We want our guests to rest assured they are staying in a very clean and sanitized environment. Hot tub is open year round. 2026 pool season: pool opens the week of May 18th weather dependent. The pool is professionally maintained along with the hot tub. Security cameras are in the front and back of the house. Please note for small children that there is NO guard for the pool off the deck so children must be supervised at all times when the pool is open! Due to previous guest issues, we can no longer offer a grill for use (sorry). Please note: The wood gazebo in the back of the pool is not for use as it is not maintained. The brand new deck with a gazebo is for use.
