Hotels in St. Charles

„It was advertised as a new property, but was obviously refurbished. There were scuff marks and paint chips and sloppy finishing work. The other issue was the noise. The pounding, bumping and banging from the unit above us sounded like a herd of elephants.“

„Very nice stay! I look forward to staying at your place again.“

„Klimaanlage zu laut“

„Room was clean and very spacious for all 4 of us. Breakfast was fine not much variety but glad to have had free breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful“

„The staff were very friendly and helpful“

„The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was simple and didn't have hot food except for the waffle maker, but we found things to eat that were good.“

„Property was well maintained. The shower had poor pressure and the shower head appeared to be defective inthat only part of it dispersed a small amount of water.“

„Service ist sehr gut Sauberkeit tadellos“

„Wonderful“

„This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.“

„Nice place“

„Great experience here. The king bed was uncomfortable though.“
