„Very short stay because of airline delays so arrived very late but had great staff to help. The one suggestion would be to have a new sofa bed. The one that was there was awful and was not even possible to sleep on. Staff promptly brought a roll away bed that was better.“

„The property has everything needed for a excellent experience, the bonus for us was it being hotel/apartments to socialize with the locals to find great places for entertainment and eats, food and entertainment is near by we did not have to drive far. „The hotel rooms were clean and hotel staff polite and efficient. However, the check in process was terrible. The credit card used by the VRBO company to secure the room was rejected so we had to pay for the room twice. It was refunded eventually, but was a huge inconvenience. We did not receive connecting rooms like we had booked, which is the whole reason we booked this particular VRBO in the first place. It was a disappointing experience. I will stay at this hotel again, but still book ...

We had to end up having the hotel cancel the reservation and I was able to book a larger room that could accommodate our party.
