« Checking in was fine, walking into the room the first thing you smell was musty cigerettes. Supposed to be non smoking room. Room not real clean, bathroom had hair on floor near tub. Went to wash my face and found hair (small hair) on the wash cloth.
I put my food in fridge for the night to eat the next day, fridge froze the food that was not to be frozen. Including my drinks.
Woken up by fight outside my door after 3:30am somewhere between my room and front desk area.

« Room was clean. Only had to spray Lysol for my preference, but I did bleach the in-room hot tub just because. Breakfast was so-so and didn’t exceed expectations, but the staff were great concerning assisting with questions and accommodations. Hot tub was great and worked properly and the water temperature was exceptional. Only problem is them holding my deposit for so long after check out. It’s ridiculously long and they need to update their banking and get with the times. Bed sheets were clean...

« Clean room and nice location. Only downfall was they only gave us 1 towel and 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people in one room. I did ask for more towels and the guy at the desk said it would be late before they were ready. So I ended up going and buying my own towel. Other than that nice place! »
