« This hotel is rundown, poorly maintained and dirty. The first room they put in had a hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor and on the sheets. There was food on the floor, a broken lamp in the corner and a blind that wouldn’t go up. Not to mention the smell- terrible! We told him that there was no way we were staying another minute in that room and he offered a refund which I’m waiting to receive! « Very disappointed in this stay. The staff was friendly. The bathroom is a fall hazard. The tub was not slip resistant, the bar was slick which would be of no help if you slip. The room next door had a barking dog that also was scratching the wall. Two phone calls to the front desk about the issue were ignored. « Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! « Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you! »

I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub for my kids and upon arrival the hot tub was down and under maintenance for an undetermined amount of time.
