« We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Rockport home! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from Back Beach and a quick stroll to Bearskin Neck’s shops, cafés, and galleries. The house itself is spotless (and cleanliness is huge for me!), stylish, and clearly just renovated with a perfect mix of coastal charm and modern comfort.The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook meals, and we really appreciated having parking right out front (a total bonus in Rockport!). « My family, friends, dogs, and I loved our vacation at this lovely beach home. Very clean and accommodating. Excellent location. Excellent communication with the host, very helpful and attentive. We all had a fantastic time and tons of fun!! The children and dogs had a blast and made several friends. We definitely plan to book our vacation here next year! »

« Sweet little place at a fair price. It could have deserved 5/5 rating, however it have a few cons such as no reserved parking (need to park in the street), no living/family room to chill out, relax and watch TV and finally while the appartement where very clean overall, there's two old couch/chair in the hallway than smell very bad and needs to be deeply cleaned. »

« What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....

« We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place. »
