« The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at...

« Sweet little place at a fair price. It could have deserved 5/5 rating, however it have a few cons such as no reserved parking (need to park in the street), no living/family room to chill out, relax and watch TV and finally while the appartement where very clean overall, there's two old couch/chair in the hallway than smell very bad and needs to be deeply cleaned. »

« What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....

« There were a few issues with the apartment regarding cleanliness, but the property manager was great and said he’d address it for future guests. Hopefully that’s the case. Unfortunately, the issues were not something that could be addressed easily during my 1-night stay, so I had to deal with it. I did try to find availability elsewhere for the night but could not find a local vacancy. »
