„We had the best time at this property. The house and bunk house are AMAZING. It gave us plenty of room to spread out and have some space. There wasn’t much water right in front of the house(which we knew) but there is a great swimming hole 50 yds away and another one the other direction. We will be back, we found our new place to stay every year. “

„Desi’s Hideaway was the highlight of our vacation. We had several incidents throughout the weekend, the only light at the end of the tunnel was returning to our home away from home. Then to top it off, our hosts took time out of their day to aid our family members, that were not even guests of theirs. My wife’s family reunion in in Camp Wood, so there were uncles and cousins everywhere. They got two trucks stuck by the river and our hosts were awesome enough to help get them unstuck and get ...

„Ima simple man, I see Nueces Riverfront and I”m in. This place is truly special from the views to the house then to the absolutely stunning section of river. This river access has it all , shallow areas , 5 feet deep areas , excellent fishing throughout the whole river. The kayaks were a plus and were an awesome experience for the kids . The market in camp wood was nice on a Saturday. Hosts were awesome , we loved it and we will be coming back here. “
