"An excellent stay with a large well decorated comfortable room with a super king bed. Strong shower. Dinner was very tasty and we had the cheese and onion pie and gnocchi. Bar staff were very attentive. This was a great place to stay"

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. ..."

"Took ages to check in as it was a slow manual process and only one person. Check I was a t 3pm and I waited 1 hr to get my key In the room there was no toilet paper so I had to go back to reception and ask for a roll Noisy corridor doors at night"
