« Very cute, warm cosy room. Tastefully decorated and such an amazing shower with a rain head as well!! Easy checkin, just a 5 minute walk to little manly beach and a short 5 minute drive to Whangaparoa shopping centre. All in all a beautiful spot and place. Just be aware there isn’t a full kitchen, just the usual toaster, capsule coffee machine and hot water kettle. The hosts gave a nice little touch couple of chocolates each upon arrival as well. »

« The property is cool. We took our elderly mum. The entrance to the house is flat and was easy for her to navigate. The house is well appointed in Kiwi chic, very comfortable beds, bathroom with shower and bath is very tidy, address was very easy to find, 2 mins from the Warkworth Township. Steve is a top chap, nothing is a problem. The sheep on the other hand were a complete disappoinment, generally disinterested in us. »

« This property was basic. There was no key to lock it as it had been lost by the previous occupant. No proper toiletries, only half empty containers. Not enough pillows.....only x2. No fridge, therefore no milk to make a cuppa. Few tea bags only & a kettle. Ranchslider curtains were make shift & needed replacing. Did not meet our expectations at all. »
